Using Lissle

Lissle helps you organise shopping lists, loyalty cards and occasions. Use it lawfully and only store cards and information you are authorised to use. Keep your account credentials and shared-list invitation codes private. Do not attempt to access another person’s private data, disrupt the service, or misuse its infrastructure.

A free launch

The current app is free to use with no in-app purchases or advertising. If optional paid features are introduced later, their price and terms will be shown before any purchase. Using the current app does not authorise a future charge.

Your data and shared lists

You keep your rights to the information you add. You allow us to process it to provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. People who join a shared list can change or remove its items. Guest data may become inaccessible if you delete the app or clear browser storage before creating an account.

Respectful sharing

Shared lists are for everyday shopping and planning. Do not share hateful or discriminatory material, harassment, threats, sexual or exploitative content, scams, spam, or someone else’s personal information without permission. Do not evade another person’s block or misuse reporting.

We filter common inappropriate wording before shared text is saved. Automated filtering cannot identify every concern, so you can report items or list names in the app and block other members. We review reports and may remove content or restrict sharing on abusive accounts. Contact hello@lissle.com to report a concern or request a review of a restriction.

Reminders and retailer cards

Reminders depend on device permissions, operating system behaviour, location accuracy and, for some functions, an internet connection. They can be delayed or missed. Do not rely on Lissle for emergencies, medication, safety-critical tasks, or essential deadlines.

Lissle is independent of the retailers whose cards you save. Retailer names belong to their respective owners. We cannot guarantee that a retailer will accept a displayed code or that third-party store data is complete or up to date.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Lissle useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may restrict misuse or withdraw a feature with appropriate notice where practicable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your applicable consumer rights, or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Leaving

You can stop using Lissle at any time and delete your account in You. Private account data is removed as explained in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion also removes shared items and list names attributed to you; other members keep their own contributions. Contact us if you need help recovering access or removing an account.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. The latest version and its date will be available here, with additional notice for significant changes when required.
